Tire resource recycling demonstration base (Qingdao) is affiliated to Sailun Co.,
Ltd, and is devoted to the innovation of comprehensive utilization of waste and
worn tire resource. By combining tire manufacture technology and multipurpose use
of tire resource, the base develops a new mode of comprehensively utilizing tire
resource, which conforms to the actual situation of China.
- Facility Superiority
Demonstration base adopts 11m flat curing machine to ensure tire retreading quality.
Sailun Co., Ltd uses auto feeding system, small chemical weighing system and huge
mixer to guarantee weighing accuracy and mixing quality. Demonstration base is also
equipped with auto buffing machine to ensure precision buffing, easy operation and
tire quality after buffing. Auto tread extrusion and building machine can realize
set-length cut automatically, tread applying accurate with a certain tension. The
temperature, time and pressure of the curing tank are automatically controlled by
computers. All of the parameters will be recorded and visible on the curing tank.

Demonstration base takes advantage of Sailun Informatization management experience
to put equipment running, technology control and operation under cyberized management,
which helps to realize the control on HR, finance, property, production, supply
and sales, thereby realizes whole-process management of tire recycling.
