If you are the clients of Sailun Brand tire, please read this service guide carefully, so you can get deserved service and benefits from Sailun Co., Ltd.

  1. When you find your tires are defective, please contact with your retailer or dealer at the first time, they will be in charge of the claim.

  2. The required files and information should be offered if you would like to apply for claims for defective tire

  3. If the Sailun brand tires appear in quality problems due to the defects of manufacture and materials, the clients should provide the following materials and information for claim.
    (1) The clients should present the defective tire and documents with sales date(if possible) to the dealer or the agent authorized by Sailun Co., Ltd.

    (2) The clients should fill in the Sailun Tire Claim Application Form (see the appendix) fully and seriously.

  4. How to apply for claims,
    (1)The tire end-user should send the complete claimed files to the dealer or the exclusive agent;

    (2) After receiving the above-mentioned information, the dealer or the authorized agent will process the claims according to the Sailun’s Warranty.

    (3) The dealer or the authorized agent should store the claimed tires in separate place for six months at least so that the Sailun’s personnel can inspect and check them again if necessary.

    Attention: If the tire end-user fails to get adjustment service from the dealer or the authorized agent, they can send the files and information to our technical personnel for claims directly.
