  The characteristics of finite element analysis, BPSO structural design and technology of high balance-performance recipes design technology are the creative technologies of Sailun Co., Ltd. The high-performance medium TBR series, high cost performance LTR tires, environment-friendly TBR tires, high load TBR tires, high performance PCR tires, and endurance OTR tires indicate the developing intendance of international tire products.
  
  
• Achievement in technology research
  The research on high-performance tubeless radial tires won the first prize among Qingdao Economic and Technical Development Zone in 2005.
  The research on TBR high-performance low-section tubeless tires was awarded the technical program in Qingdao Economic and Technical Development Zone in 2006. The research reaches advanced national standards.
  The research of “optimizing curing technology and raising curing efficiency” was approved as the technological program in Qingdao Economic and Technical Development Zone in 2007. There were also the other seven programs which won the priority technology innovation program in Qingdao, such programs are “the research on improving tread performance”, “the research and development on LTR tires in domestic market”, “the research and development on the new sizes and new patterns of tubeless tires in foreign market”, “the research and development on high-performance and environment-friendly new type adhesion system”, “ the research on OTR tires”, “ the development on improving tire quality and structure of TBR tires”, and “optimizing curing technology and raising curing efficiency”.  The technology reaches advanced international level.
